How fast can you mobilize a crew?
Days, not weeks. Project work runs on construction and vacancy timelines, so Purity Restore is built to move: send photos or plans, we scope fast, and once approved we schedule crews typically within days. Time-critical punch-list and turnover deadlines are exactly what this division exists for.
Do you work with general contractors?
Constantly — and we speak the language. Final cleans are delivered to punch-list standard, we provide the COI your job site requires before we set foot on it, and our crews are briefed on active-site safety and coordination. GCs who try us once tend to put us on the next job automatically.
What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens mid-project: debris, sweep-down, and prep so trades can finish. The final clean is the full top-to-bottom detail — dust, glass, floors, fixtures, and touch-points brought to occupancy-ready standard. We do both, or just the final if your trades handle their own rough.
Do you handle water damage or mold?
We stay honest about this one: water extraction and mold remediation are licensed specialties in Florida, and we're not a remediation contractor. What we do is everything after — once remediation is complete, we deep-clean, disinfect, and restore the space so it's ready to occupy again. We'll coordinate cleanly with your remediation vendor.
