How does switching from our current vendor work?

After your walkthrough we build the scope, agree a start date aligned to your current contract's end, and run a transition plan: keys and access protocols documented, alarm procedures confirmed, and your first weeks over-inspected so the standard is set from night one — not negotiated later.

Do you handle COIs, W-9s, and vendor portals?

Without being chased. We provide the Certificate of Insurance naming your property before day one, complete W-9 and vendor-compliance paperwork, and register in your management company's vendor portal if you use one. Paperwork-ready is part of the service.

How do inspections and reporting work?
