Luxury Home Cleaning in Miami — The Whole House, Run Like a Contract

The short answer. Luxury home cleaning is whole-house housekeeping run to a written, room-by-room scope by a dedicated, background-checked team — every room, every visit, with stone, wood, glass, linens and kitchens handled by surface-specific method rather than one all-purpose spray. Pricing is on labour hours for the agreed scope, quoted in writing after a private walkthrough. Two rules separate it from a maid service: staff are W2 employees screened to Florida Level 2 standard, and nothing acidic touches calcareous stone — the Natural Stone Institute warns that "products containing lemon, vinegar or other acids may dull or etch calcareous stones," which describes most of the marble and limestone in South Florida homes.

Purity's residential line is for homes where "the cleaners came" is not enough information. It is the full package — every room, the stone, the glass, the linens, the kitchen after the party — delivered by a dedicated, background-checked team working from a written scope built for your home, with an account manager who answers the phone. We bring the discipline we use in medical facilities and Class A offices across Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and the waterfront communities to private residences, by referral and request.

It works the same whether the house sits on the sand in Golden Beach, behind a gate on Fisher or Star Island, on the 40th floor of a Brickell or Sunny Isles tower, or under oaks in Pinecrest. Different buildings, different access, one standard and one point of contact.

It is deliberately separate from our commercial work. Different team, different scope, same standard — and it is a programme rather than an appointment. If what you need is a few hours of help this Saturday, we are the wrong call, and we will tell you so kindly.

The whole package

What does luxury home cleaning include?

Everything a home needs, on one written scope and one schedule. Add or remove any of it at the walkthrough.

Whole-home housekeeping

Every room, every visit, to a written room-by-room standard — not a checklist improvised at the door.

Stone, wood & fine-finish care

Marble, terrazzo, limestone, hardwood and lacquered surfaces cleaned with the products their manufacturers specify. Nothing acidic touches calcareous stone.

Glass, mirrors & railings

Interior glass, mirrored walls, shower enclosures, balcony rails and accessible exterior glass on a fixed rotation.

Linens, closets & wardrobe care

Bed changes, linen rotation, closet and dressing-room order kept exactly as you keep it.

Kitchens & entertaining spaces

Professional-grade kitchens, wine rooms, bars and outdoor kitchens — degreased, sanitized and reset after events.

Turnover, pre-arrival & post-event

Seasonal openings, guest turnovers, post-party resets and move-in details, scheduled around your calendar.

How it runs

How is it different from a maid service?

The same people, every time

A dedicated team assigned to your home — W2 employees, Level 2 background-checked and insured. No rotating strangers, no subcontractors.

A written scope for your home

After a walkthrough we document every room, surface and preference — which products on which floors, what is never touched, how the linen closet is kept. The team works from it; you can change it any time.

Discretion by default

Confidentiality agreements on request, unmarked arrival where preferred, scheduling around family, staff and guests. What happens in your home stays there.

Commercial discipline behind it

We run medical facilities and Class A offices to documented standards. Your home gets the same supervision, inspection and accountability — with a dedicated account manager you can text.

"Calcium carbonate is sensitive to acidic solutions so mild, non-acidic cleaners are recommended. … Products containing lemon, vinegar or other acids may dull or etch calcareous stones."

What the package includes

What is actually included in a luxury home cleaning package?

A thorough clean is the base, not the whole of it. Every recurring programme includes the full room-by-room clean, and then the three things most residential services simply cannot offer, because they are commercial capabilities that we already run every night in clinics and Class A buildings.

Bacteriostatic disinfection on high-touch surfaces. Handles, switches, pulls, faucets, remotes, rails and the surfaces a household actually touches, treated with EPA-registered products and held to the full contact time on the label. Where a product is registered with a bacteriostatic claim — meaning it inhibits bacterial regrowth on the treated surface rather than only killing on contact — we use it on the surfaces that justify it. We will not tell you a treated handle stays sterile: a surface is recontaminated the moment it is touched again, and any residual claim has to appear on the product label or it is marketing.

Electrostatic disinfection for whole-room coverage — the charged mist wraps surfaces rather than landing only where a cloth reached, which matters in a room full of soft furnishings, screens and irregular shapes. It is included on a scheduled cycle and available on demand after illness in the house, a large party, or a guest turnover. One honest caveat we apply consistently: the CDC notes that fogging and electrostatic spraying are not recommended as a primary method of surface disinfection. It supplements the thorough clean; it never replaces it. The method is set out on our electrostatic disinfection page.

Stone polishing and floor care, on a cycle, where the home needs it. Marble, limestone, terrazzo and hardwood are the most expensive surfaces in a South Florida house and the easiest to ruin with the wrong bottle. Rather than sending you to a separate contractor, the recurring programme carries neutral-pH maintenance as standard and schedules honing and polishing or terrazzo restoration when the floor tells us it is time — not on a sales calendar. For most homes that is once or twice a year, and it is quoted before it happens.

Consumables, linens and the reset after entertaining sit inside the same programme. The point of the package is that one vetted team with one written scope handles all of it, rather than four vendors with four sets of keys.

Any address

Does this work for a beach house, an island property or a tower residence?

All three, and the scope changes far more than the standard does. What stays constant is the part that matters to you: the same vetted team, a written scope, one account manager, and discretion as a default rather than a request.

Waterfront and beach houses live in salt. Glass, stainless, exterior hardware, railings and outdoor kitchens run on a much shorter cycle here than anything three miles inland, and sand management at the entries is a real line in the scope rather than an afterthought. Left alone, salt does not just smear — it pits hardware and etches glass, and that becomes a restoration bill.

Island residences — Fisher, Star, Hibiscus, Indian Creek, Key Biscayne — are mostly an access and vetting problem. Ferry or causeway schedules, guardhouse clearance, staff lists submitted in advance, contractors escorted. We are used to being on an approved-vendor list and to the paperwork that gets us there: certificates of insurance, named crew rosters, background screening on file before anyone arrives.

Tower residences in Brickell, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour and Aventura are a building-management problem. Service elevator windows, loading-dock booking, COI on file with the association, and the fact that your unit is ours while everything outside your door belongs to the building — which we also clean, under condo and HOA common area cleaning, as a separate contract with the association. And inland estates in Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Weston and Southwest Ranches are the straightforward case: more square footage, more stone, more glass, and usually a pool deck and guest house in the scope.

Families who own more than one of these are the reason the line exists. One vendor, one standard, one invoice, and reporting that can be forwarded to a family office without translation.

Who it's for

Who is luxury home cleaning for?

Most of this work arrives by referral: a homeowner whose office we clean, a realtor preparing a listing in the Gables, a property manager holding several residences who wants one standard and one invoice, a family office coordinating homes in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We are set up for all of it — consistent teams across properties, reporting that can be forwarded to an owner, and scheduling around arrivals, guests and events. If you are already a Purity commercial client, ask your account manager; if not, request a private walkthrough and we will come to you.

Who it is not for, said plainly. This is not an hourly maid service and not a one-off “someone to help this weekend” arrangement. There is a walkthrough before the first visit, a written scope, a minimum recurring schedule and a dedicated team — which is what makes the standard hold, and also what makes it the wrong fit for a quick hourly clean. If that is what you need, an app or a local hourly service will serve you better and cost you less, and we would rather say that now than at the quote.

The vocabulary

Is this house cleaning, home cleaning or housekeeping?

People use all three, and the words matter less than the scope behind them. The home cleaning services in Miami that families actually keep are the ones where the scope is written down. House cleaning services in Miami usually means a recurring visit to a normal home on a fixed task list. Housekeeping implies somebody who knows the house — where things live, which surfaces are delicate, how the family actually uses the rooms. What we run is closer to the second, delivered with the discipline of the first: a written scope per room, the same assigned team, and a supervisor who inspects rather than a solo cleaner working from memory.

The practical difference shows up in the things a task list never captures. Which stone in the primary bath is honed and cannot take an acidic product. Which art wall gets dry-dusted only. Which appliance panels mark if you use anything but a damp microfibre. A home cleaning service in Miami booked through an app cannot hold that knowledge, because the person arriving is different every time. Ours is the same team, and the scope lives in a document rather than in one person’s head.

We also do not run an hourly model. Flat rate residential house cleaning against a written scope is what makes the visit predictable for both sides: you know what is getting done, and the team is not rushing a bathroom to make an hour target. Deep cleans and seasonal resets are quoted separately and scheduled ahead, not squeezed into a routine visit — most requests for deep cleaning services in Miami are really a first-visit reset before a recurring schedule begins, and we price them that way.

Where we work

Where do you provide house cleaning in Miami and Fort Lauderdale?

Miami home cleaning is the core of this line: Coral Gables, Pinecrest and the Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour, the waterfront homes and tower residences of Aventura, and the newer estates through Kendall and Miami Lakes. Broward is the second half: house cleaning in Fort Lauderdale along Las Olas and the Isles, where most enquiries arrive asking for house cleaning services in Fort Lauderdale and mean the whole-house scope, plus house cleaning in Pembroke Pines, house cleaning in Hollywood, Plantation, Weston and Miramar — see Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Plantation and Miramar for the commercial side of each.

Two practical notes for South Florida homes. Salt air puts waterfront glass, stainless and exterior hardware on a much shorter cycle than inland — a Key Biscayne or Bal Harbour house needs glass more often than the same house in Weston, and that goes in the scope rather than being discovered. And seasonal occupancy is normal here: houses that sit empty for months need a maintenance visit while closed and a full open-up before arrival, which is a different scope from a weekly clean and is priced as one. The outside of the house is its own service: house washing soft-washes stucco and painted walls and cleans the screened enclosure, pool deck, pavers and driveway, and it can run on the same calendar as the housekeeping.

If the property is a condo residence rather than a house, the unit is ours and the building’s shared space is not — that runs on the association’s own contract, which we also do under condo and HOA common area cleaning. Finishing a build or a renovation? New construction house cleaning is its own phase, handled through post-construction cleaning before a routine schedule starts.

Questions

What homeowners ask before the walkthrough.

How is luxury home cleaning different from a regular maid service?

Scope, staff and accountability. A maid service sends whoever is available to do a generic clean. Purity assigns a dedicated, background-checked W2 team to your home, works from a written room-by-room scope built at a walkthrough, uses surface-specific products for stone, wood and fine finishes, and puts an account manager and a monthly inspection behind it. It is the way we run a medical facility, applied to a residence.

Which areas do you serve for luxury residential cleaning?

Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Miami Lakes and the waterfront communities of Miami-Dade, plus Weston, Fort Lauderdale and the Broward estate corridors. Condominium residences in Brickell and Sunny Isles are welcome; we coordinate with building management on access.

Do you handle marble, terrazzo and other natural stone in homes?

Yes — it is one of the reasons homeowners come to us. South Florida homes are full of calcareous stone that is permanently etched by acidic or citrus cleaners. Our floor-care division restores and polishes marble and terrazzo commercially, and the same knowledge sets the products and methods used in your home. If a surface needs restoration rather than cleaning, we will tell you.

Can you clean around live-in staff, children, pets or a working household?

Yes. The scope is written around how your household actually runs: which rooms are off-limits at which hours, how pets are handled, where staff and crew hand off. Scheduling is built at the walkthrough and can move with your calendar.

How is it priced?

On labour hours for the scope agreed at the walkthrough — square footage, finish level, frequency and any specialty care (stone, glass, linens, events) set the figure. You receive a written quote, itemised. Recurring programmes are priced monthly; turnovers, pre-arrival and post-event cleans are priced per visit.

Is this available for property managers, realtors and family offices?

Yes. We work with property managers holding multiple residences, realtors preparing listings and closings, and family offices coordinating several homes. One point of contact, consistent standards across properties, and reporting that can be forwarded to the owner.
